As part of the effort to satisfy the changing demands of industry players, two retail shops Cake Matters and Floral Magic were opened to sell wide range of quality sugar arts equipment from the USA industrial giant Wilton international.
The institute and it’s international affiliates Wilton International, last month introduced Wilton methods in Ghana which will offer both beginner’s and professionals the opportunity to under go an advanced foreign tuition in sugar arts right in their own country. The introduction of this tuition into the country by the EKGS Culinary Institute is in line with the school’s long term plan to bring innovations into the sugar arts industry in Ghana.
Additionally the school has introduced another tuition also known as Brush Up Skills which is specially designed as a refresher for sugar arts practitioners who want to upgrade their skills. At EKGS, the highly trained instructors make learning easy and exciting as they use the state of the art multi media conferencing facility to teach.
