Financial Information

A. TUITION

Tuition fee represents the cost of the wealth of knowledge imparted. This component must be paid 7 days upon notification of admission.

B. UTILITY COST

This component consists of costs of utility usage as in Water, electricity, gas, wear and tear maintenance fees and sanitary charges. This fee should be settled within 10 days of study into the course.

C. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Tools and equipment represent the total cost of tools / equipment to be provided by the institute for the basic, intermediate and advanced part of the course. There is no determined cost for this component as at the time of publication of this brochure.

D. GRADUATION EXPENDITURE

Graduation Expenditure represents the total costs for registration fees, displays/ exhibition costs and ticketing cost for a quota of six (6) free attendees per graduate.

E. MISCELLANEOUS EXPENDITURE

Miscellaneous expenditure comprises students expenses covering purchases of ingredients and materials and personal costs such as transportation and other such personal costs i.e. living costs.

F. PAYMENT PLANS

EKGS offers very flexible payment plans. The payment plans have been structured to enable flexible payment terms for all. However, management urges students to honour their financial obligations within the stipulated fee payment deadlines. This ensures a smooth flow of the tuition provided. Management welcomes the opportunity to discuss and negotiate payment option if the payment plans recommended are not favorable.

G. DISCOUNT CARDS
Facilities for retail of items used by students for training are also available at discount prices. These facilities are in place to ease the financial burden on students.

Also such favorable payment does not end after completion of the student’s training program. It is extended, by way of each student being given a free discount card for a period to enable the student to gain access to industry supplies at discounted prices.
