In the first place let me express my appreciation to the Almighty God, Director and teaching staff of the institute for the support  and attention given me which  helped me to acquire requisite  skills  which are beyond my expectation.
Before I came to the school some catering products that I thought were done out side Ghana is what I perfectly do right here at EKGS.
However I will appeal to all out  there who want to be good caterers to enroll in EKGS.

When I decided to attend catering school, it was difficult for me to choose a school because there are many catering institutions in the city which owners claimed they were good.
However after a careful thought I picked up a form at EKGS for the 5 months course of which am happily graduating today. With this level of  experience I will never waste time on my next agenda which is to open a restaurant in Nigeria.
My sincere thanks go to God for bringing  me this far and for the Director and teachers I say a very big thank you to them.

EKGS Culinary Institute is the best catering institution in Ghana. Since it cannot be compared with any institution in the country. The various skills I have learn from the  Institute has made me confident and employable and for that matter I am ready to grab any job offer  thanks to my parents, Director of the institute and the teaching staff.

I am very happy today because am part of this batch of students who have undergone this course.
The most interesting part of the story is that i have met my expectations judging from the kind of topics of we were made to go through during the course.
The teachers at the school were so friendly and that made learning easy for us. I appreciate the kind of treatment I received from them and therefore calling on those who want to be a good cake designer to enroll at EKGS.

EKGS Culinary Institute is one of the finest culinary institutions I know in this country so when I read the advertisement in the national dailies that the institute was going to run this course I quickly registered. nitially I thought it was going to be like the usual sugar arts courses I have attended but it turned out to be very unique and exceptional. The course was very interesting especially how the Director took us through the topics which were easy to understand, however the atmosphere was very conducive.

I have learnt new skills such as printing of edible photo cake, stylish applications for spectacular wedding cakes, toolless rose, fabric effect rose leaves, exotic designs with rolling pins and borders fantasy leaf side design. After acquiring these skills I can proudly say that my expectation is far met. I have also realized that the good news I have been hearing about EKGS institute is true and I will recommend all sugar arts professionals to come to EKGS to up grade their skills because there are many courses available.
