EKGS Culinary Institute is one of the finest culinary institutions I know in this country so when I read the advertisement in the national dailies that the institute was going to run this course I quickly registered.
nitially I thought it was going to be like the usual sugar arts
courses I have attended but it turned out to be very unique and
exceptional.
The course was very interesting especially how the Director took us
through the topics which were easy to understand, however the
atmosphere was very conducive.
I have learnt new skills such as printing of edible photo cake, stylish
applications for spectacular wedding cakes, toolless rose, fabric
effect rose leaves, exotic designs with rolling pins and borders
fantasy leaf side design.
After acquiring these skills I can proudly say that my expectation is
far met.
I have also realized that the good news I have been hearing about EKGS
institute is true and I will recommend all sugar arts professionals to
come to EKGS to up grade their skills because there are many courses
available.
