The program was very exciting and refreshing which has exposed me to many things that I have not seen or practiced before. I have actually met my expectation considering the kind of cakes I was able to design, I have no regrets signing up for this program. When I heard the institute was going to organize this brush- up program I was much interested and rushed to pick a form and signed up for it.

I have achieved new skills in cake making and decorating of which is going to impact heavily on my business. Because I want to develop my skills to a very high level I have been anticipating a program like this for many years and am happy that I have gotten it at long last. The most exciting topic I enjoyed during the program was printing of edible photo cake. Actually the course has increased my confidence level especially with regards to efficiency and quality service delivery. I would therefore advice all professional cake designers to equip themselves with this brush -up skills at EKGS.
