I decided to signed up for this brush up skills to improve my knowledge in sugar arts, since trend in cake designing keep on changing every day and I believe that as a professional i should always be up grading my skills to enable me march up with colleague professionals on the global market. Nowadays globalization has changed everything however professionals need to engage in up grading of skills, research and orientation to maintain them in business so I think this will go a long way to help professional cake designers like me to do excellent job. I always think that before you can do something better in life you need to be serious with it so I paid proper attention to all what madam was teaching throughout the course.

I was overwhelm by the topics we were taken through with high admiration about some of the stylish cakes I personally designed. Everybody was happy about how the Director handled the class, she was so friendly and made sure that what she taught was understood by the participants. This course has made me faster in the designing as compared to my previous experience so am going to put the skills I have acquired from this course into proper use and hope it will put my business in a very good shape.
