I came to learn this course to enable me position myself well on the job market especially at a time customer demands keep changing any time, I think under taking this course is in the right direction and it will help me to improve my sugar arts skills. I have learnt new skills that I can also impart to my students especially the edible photo cake and the stylish application for spectacular wedding cakes.

From today am going to demonstrate what I have acquired from this intensive training, however I would therefore commend the Director of the institute for introducing this new course with intention of up grading skills of professional cake designers in the country. Some of the topics I enjoyed very much were edible photo cake, tooless rose basic and advanced, exotic designs with rolling pins and borders I will surely come back for another course.
